I really like my hometown, but...

this is just odd! I think it's lovely that Owen Sound is happily celebrating its 150th year anniversary, but this is just cheesy. I refuse to walk around the city as an honourary 'Owen'...it is weird on many levels (those of you who know me best, might know why).




Also, does the city really think Oprah is going to show?



I am proud, however, to see that Owen Sound made the Toronto Star in a positive manner--one small leap for one small city.



This had nothing to do with libraries, but I maintain its relevance under the 'Ontarian' claim in the blog's name. Yay rhymes.
